The principals are licensed in Engineering and Architecture in New York and the company has a Certificate of Authorization. SMARTEC is also NYC DSBS M/WBE certified and other certifications are pending.

We provide an array of qualified staff needed to deliver the highest level of inspection services, management and record keeping from start to close out of any DDC infrastructure project.

Our staff includes Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, Inspectors, BMP Construction Monitors, Community

Liaisons, and CAD Operators. They have worked in all five boroughs on a variety of projects including the installation of storm and sanitary sewer, water main and BMP work, highways and emergency sidewalks projects, pedestrian ramps, streetscapes, and similar work.
